Job Summary
Leasing Specialist responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. Drive prospect qualification, application processing, deposit collection, and move-in readiness; update availability, assist with renewals, and support administrative tasks using Yardi Voyager. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, close leases, orient new residents, and contribute to community retention. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish skills and experience with low-income housing, tax credits, and Fair Housing compliance. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed to meet community needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired
- Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired
- Solid computer knowledge (Windows Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
