Job Summary
Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and tour apartments. Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements. Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits. Manage move-ins and move-outs. Process maintenance requests and work orders. Assist with any other administrative and property management tasks assigned by your supervisor. This full-time role at Levco Management's 716-unit community in North Chesterfield, VA, requires a candidate with at least one year of apartment management experience and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience in the apartment management industry
- Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required)
- Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check
