Job Summary
Leasing Specialist responsible for customer service, leasing operations, and LIHTC/tax-credit compliance across two Peak Living communities (Brittany Greens in Brigham City and Providence Pointe in Logan). Duties include responding to inquiries, conducting tours, preparing quotes and deposits, assisting with rental applications and screenings, preparing and renewing leases, maintaining resident files, supporting renewal efforts, and ensuring adherence to LIHTC regulations and community policies. Requires 3+ years of onsite leasing experience and LIHTC knowledge; HS diploma; HCCP/COS designations preferred; strong communication and organizational skills; English proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of onsite leasing experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or a related customer service field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in LIHTC/tax credit communities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) designation preferred
- COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) designation preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
