Leasing Specialist

Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. Duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, processing applications and deposits, updating availability, ensuring units are ready for move-in, following up with prospects, coordinating renewals, and assisting with resident events. The role requires applying product knowledge to prospects, closing sales, maintaining resident files, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and strong customer-service skills are essential, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) and communicate effectively in English and Spanish. The position emphasizes creating a welcoming community, coordinating with the Community Manager, and delivering an excellent resident experience.
