Job Summary
Leasing Specialist responsible for supporting leasing operations and financial performance of the Birchstone community by coordinating apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and related duties. Duties include greeting prospective residents, giving tours, screening applications per Fair Housing guidelines, securing deposits and leases, assisting with move-in/move-out procedures, addressing resident inquiries, supporting community marketing and events, maintaining occupancy and online advertisements, conducting market surveys, and assisting with special projects and reports. Requires strong customer service, marketing/communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency with MS Office and property software, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year work experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
- 1+ year work experience in multi-family property management (preferred)
- Certified Leasing Professional (CLP) and Fair Housing (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
