Job Summary
Conduct all phases of the leasing process, including resident interviews, application processing, and sales tours of model and vacant apartments. Achieve tiered rent levels and occupancy goals while coordinating lease renewals, income re-certifications, and new resident orientations. Maintain daily turnover logs, waiting lists, and weekly leasing reports, and prepare lease packages for move-ins. Provide backup support to the Occupancy Specialist and foster collaborative relationships with residents, communities, and agencies. Enforce company policies and ensure resident confidentiality.
