Job Summary
Leasing Specialist duties include selling features and benefits of apartment living to prospective and current residents, achieving occupancy goals, and overseeing all phases of the leasing process. Responsibilities cover conducting polished tours of model and vacant apartments, processing applications, coordinating lease renewals and income re-certifications, maintaining turnover logs and weekly leasing reports, preparing lease packages for new move-ins, conducting new resident orientation, and providing backup support to the Occupancy Specialist. The role emphasizes relationship-building with residents and communities, adherence to policies, high-quality customer service, and maintaining resident confidentiality. Competencies include customer service, sales skills, product knowledge, communication, internet savvy, and teamwork. Required Qualifications
