Job Summary
Manage leasing activities end-to-end, from handling leads and scheduling viewings to negotiating contracts and coordinating handovers. Receive and qualify inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and portals while maintaining a clean pipeline. Prepare lease offers and documentation, ensuring accuracy before closing deals within approved limits. Coordinate with operations for unit readiness and track market trends to improve occupancy and conversion rates. Submit weekly reports on leads, viewings, and revenue. Requires 2+ years of leasing experience, Arabic fluency, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in leasing / real estate brokerage / property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good knowledge of leasing contracts and documentation workflow
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong follow-up discipline and customer service mindset
- Arabic fluency
- Valid driver's license
