Job Summary
Leasing Sales Specialist for Sparrow's Circle C Ranch 55+ Active Adult community in Austin. Lead marketing, leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, qualify leads, conduct property tours, manage social media and events, use YARDI for leasing activity, ensure show quality, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, and support daily leasing operations. Responsibilities include CRM/documented lead follow-up, outreach events, prospect qualification, and delivering exceptional resident experiences aligned with Sparrow’s Lifestyle & Engagement program. Requires high school diploma, 3+ years sales experience, and proficiency with property management tools; must have reliable transportation and be able to work Tue-Sat and extend to evenings/holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 3+ years professional sales experience
- Experience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferred
- Experience using YARDI or other property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proactive approach to outreach marketing including networking, attending events, and social media management
- Effective communication skills with an ability to build collaborative partnerships
- Servant leader mindset and passionate about making a difference in other’s lives
- Devoted sense of accountability and solution-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation; flexibility to work a regular Tues-Sat schedule and nights, weekends, and/or holidays when required
- Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
