Leasing Sales Specialist, Multi-Site

Job Summary
Lead interim sales operations at Active Adult 55+ communities during vacancies, driving leasing, marketing, and outreach to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Organize and optimize sales offices before new staff join, onboard/train the incoming Sales Specialist for 1-2 weeks, and tailor sales strategies with regional leadership based on each community’s needs. Oversee marketing, outreach, CRM-driven follow-up, and show-quality inspections; manage social media to promote the community lifestyle; build relationships with residents and prospects; travel up to 75% to support multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in multifamily housing, active adult, senior housing or hospitality
- Regional sales or multi-site support experience, preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet occupancy goals
- Experience with onboarding and training new team members in a sales setting
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Yardi, Welcome Home, or similar)
- Must be able to travel up to 75%
