Job Summary
Leasing Consultants at Bay Parc Luxury Apartments in Miami, FL lease residential units onsite, deliver tours and sales demonstrations to prospective residents, maintain and exceed monthly leasing goals, provide exceptional customer service, support multiple AIR communities, contribute to community marketing, and uphold Fair Housing Laws. The role emphasizes on-site leasing activities, tours, prospect follow-up, customer service excellence, and collaboration within AIR’s portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, etc.)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- A reliable mode of transportation
- Flexible schedule with availability during office hours
- Strong customer service/Retail/Hospitality/Restaurant or Sales background
- Ability to meet and exceed leasing goals
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals
- Ability to perform leasing tours and follow AIR's sales process
