Job Summary
Design and implement sales, marketing, and operational programs to achieve occupancy, satisfaction, and revenue goals while leading hands-on leasing operations. Present the community for tours by inspecting model units and common areas, then oversee day-to-day leasing and resident relations functions ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company standards. Manage resident financial transactions, resolve complex resident concerns, and deploy engagement campaigns to boost satisfaction scores. Lead team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to maximize revenue via data-driven strategies and strategic promotions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- minimum of 2 years in residential property management
- minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead a team in a quota driven environment
- Proven success coaching team members to improve performance
