Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process rental applications, and respond to resident inquiries while collaborating with maintenance to address service requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and interactions, and plan community events to foster resident retention. Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business requirements. This role supports our Ottawa team in delivering exceptional resident experiences within high-quality rental communities across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior experience in hospitality, property management or a related field
- Excellent customer service, sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing an exceptional resident experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean driver abstract
- Reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a hospitality, property management or high-end retail sales role
