Leasing Representative for Rose Associates at Abbot Mill in Westford, MA. Serve as the first point of contact for potential residents, conduct property tours, showcase available units, articulate the community’s value, greet clients, assess needs, and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Guide applicants through the application process, collect documents, perform background and credit checks in accordance with company policies, and communicate application status and leasing decisions. Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents and the property management team, assist with maintenance requests with the on-site team, help with weekly/monthly sales reports, receive deposits and rent payments, stay informed about local market trends, and contribute to leasing and marketing strategies. Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with policies, and maintain organized leasing documentation. Must be on-site, able to navigate stairs, and prepared for variable environments.
