Job Summary
Leasing consultant responsible for attracting and screening potential tenants, marketing available properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease terms. Prepare lease paperwork, respond to inquiries, and assist residents to ensure a smooth move-in. Maintain occupancy targets, uphold fair housing and company policies, and provide excellent customer service. Proficient with property management software (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan) and MS Office; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Based in Jacksonville, FL, this full-time role integrates sales and leasing activities with administration and reporting, in collaboration with the property manager and team. Encourages high occupancy, strong resident relations, and compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
