Leasing Professional - Viviano at Saratoga Springs

Coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing activities related to leasing to new residents, ensuring move-in readiness, and securing lease renewals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, conducting credit and background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, inspecting units, implementing marketing plans to drive traffic (including referrals and employer outreach), using property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data, following show-unit standards, and performing follow-ups to finalize leases and renewals. Additional duties involve supporting renewal letters/packages, responding to resident needs, and participating in bonus-eligible compensation programs and comprehensive benefits.
