Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, performing credit and background checks, preparing lease/move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, inspecting show units, tracking leasing activities in on-site software, implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy, managing resident referrals and employer outreach, and supporting lease renewals and ongoing resident satisfaction. Maintain show unit quality, follow renewal processes, respond to resident inquiries, and participate in bonus/benefit structures as applicable.
