Job Summary
Coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by performing leasing activities, tours, applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease/move-in packages, and ensuring move-in readiness; inspecting units; maintaining show-quality spaces; executing marketing plans and internet campaigns (Craigslist, Facebook, email); using OneSite/Yardi for resident data and leasing tracking; ensuring renewal communications and documents are signed on time; handling resident inquiries and resolving issues; delivering competitive benefits and ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
