Leasing Professional - Vida at Mountain House

Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by performing leasing to new residents, processing applications, conducting tours, credit and background checks, preparing lease/move-in packages, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (including online tools and referrals), stay informed on market conditions, and use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and applicant data. Maintain show-unit quality, coordinate with maintenance, support lease renewals, and respond promptly to resident questions. Requires valid driver’s license and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Housing discount available; position eligible for incentive-based bonuses.
