Job Summary
Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing leasing duties: greet and qualify prospects, tour and show apartments, process applications with credit and background checks, prepare the lease and move-in package, ensure move-in readiness, inspect apartments, track leasing activities in OneSite/Yardi, implement marketing plans to drive traffic, follow policies on concessions, conduct lease renewals, and provide responsive resident service throughout the lease term.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
