Leasing Professional - Thornbridge

Leasing Professional responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, coordinating lease renewals, following up with residents to ensure satisfaction, using on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure show units meet standards. The role requires weekend availability, experience with affordable housing units, and proficiency in English, with Spanish preferred; the position offers housing discount, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
