Leasing Professional at The Village at Lake Lily greystar community overseeing leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, conducting credit and background checks, preparing lease and move-in documents, ensuring move-in readiness, coordinating maintenance issues, monitoring market conditions, implementing short- and long-term marketing plans, leveraging internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.), maintaining accurate data in OnSite/Yardi, and handling lease renewals and resident follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality show unit, coordinating with maintenance, executing renewal packages, and providing timely responses to resident and owner inquiries. Requires valid state/local licenses or certifications and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property; physical demands include standing/walking for extended periods, able to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel may be required for multi-property support.
