Job Summary
Leasing Consultant duties include greeting guests, presenting property features, showing units, processing applications and deposits, securing leases, and coordinating move-in; role requires strong sales, leasing experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with computer software, and ability to manage renewals and marketing efforts to drive traffic and internet leads. Must comply with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related regulations; office duties include maintaining model units, updating availability reports, posting advertisements, and supporting property events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with two years leasing experience
- Employee must be able to communicate in English
