Leasing Professional - Temporary

Market and promote available units by scheduling property tours, explaining lease terms, and securing commitments and deposits. Identify resident needs, prepare leasing paperwork, and process security deposits and rent payments. Support marketing efforts through input on promotions and advertisements while monitoring local market conditions. Inspect vacant units, address resident concerns, and collaborate with the Maintenance and Community Manager teams. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. This full-time temporary role in Beaverton offers hourly pay of $22.00–$25.00 DOE plus leasing bonuses, eligibility for benefits, and access to Microsoft Office and OneSite software.
