Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, qualify their needs, and conduct outreach marketing as assigned. Inspect models and made-ready units daily to ensure standards, then complete lease applications and process verifications. Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions to recommend property improvements and assist in preparing daily and weekly reports. Submit physical property inspection reports to the Community Manager. Requires one or more years of sales, customer, or property management/leasing experience, a valid driver's license, and daily transportation. Davis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer empowering teams to manage properties as owner-operators.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of sales experience
- One or more years of customer experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams both inside and outside the organization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates a positive can do demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindset
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Must have a valid driver's license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties
