Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, qualify their needs, and conduct outreach marketing as assigned. Inspect models and made-ready units daily to ensure standards are met, then complete lease applications and process verifications. Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions to recommend property improvements and assist in preparing daily and weekly reports. Submit physical property inspection reports to the Community Manager. Requires one or more years of sales, customer, or property management experience, a valid driver's license, and daily transportation. Required Qualifications
