Leasing Professional (Seasonal) - Muse at SoCo

Seasonal Leasing Professional at Greystar responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. Tasks include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, conducting credit and background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, scheduling maintenance items, developing short- and long-term marketing plans, driving occupancy through marketing programs and referrals, using OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data, and executing lease renewals with timely sign-off. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods, work indoors/outdoors in all weather, and operate a golf cart with a valid driver’s license. This seasonal role emphasizes leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and renewal communications, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
