Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, and coordinate lease signings to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Inspect apartments pre-move-in, manage marketing plans including digital outreach and referrals, and utilize property management software to track availability and resident data. Execute lease renewal programs by contacting residents and preparing renewal packages while maintaining show unit quality through daily corridor inspections. Respond promptly to resident concerns, follow up with new residents to ensure satisfaction, and coordinate with maintenance teams to address outstanding items. Work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, including evening and holiday call-outs, to support the Savoy community's stabilization and growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
