Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, manage show units, and execute digital and referral marketing campaigns to drive traffic. Utilize property management software to track availability and resident data while maintaining daily leasing office standards. Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and address concerns promptly. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and adherence to state leasing licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
