Leasing Professional - Riverset Apartments

Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue by performing leasing activities, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, ensuring move-in readiness, and managing lease renewals. Responsibilities include inspecting apartments before move-in, staying informed about market conditions, designing and executing marketing activities to drive traffic (including referrals and employer outreach), using on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity, maintaining show-unit quality, following up with prospects and residents to finalize leases, and supporting the renewal process. The role requires licenses or certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property. The position is full-time at Riverset Apartments in Memphis, TN, US, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
