Job Summary
Leasing Consultant handling guest greetings, unit showings, and application processing to secure leases. Responsibilities include preparing lease documents, collecting deposits, updating availability, renewing leases, coordinating move-ins, maintaining model units and property appearance, following Fair Housing and FCRA guidelines, reporting violations, and supporting marketing efforts (including social media) to drive traffic and conversions. Must possess leasing and closing skills, strong interpersonal communication, English proficiency, and computer skills; two years leasing experience and a High School Diploma are required. Highly organized with ability to manage schedules and coordinate with property management for resident moves and renewals.
