Leasing Professional

Conduct property tours by greeting visitors, presenting amenities, and highlighting unit features. Manage leases through processing applications, completing background and credit checks, and preparing agreements per Fair Housing Laws. Support residents by assisting with renewals, answering policy questions, and coordinating maintenance. Maintain records of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory via property software. Requires minimum one year of customer service experience, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
