Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, and coordinate lease signings to drive occupancy and revenue. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, manage marketing plans including digital outreach and referrals, and execute resident referral programs. Track availability and leasing activities using property management software while maintaining show units and leasing office standards. Follow up with prospects and residents via email and phone to finalize leasing decisions and secure renewals. Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and physical stamina for outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
