Job Summary
Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects, record interactions, and communicate strategies to overcome obstacles and close deals. Maintain strong product knowledge through consistent market research and ensure property management software remains accurate. Assist managers in implementing marketing plans, planning resident events, and coordinating advertising efforts on campus. Perform lease processing, administrative duties, and cleaning tasks to maintain a professional office and model appearance. Network with student housing professionals and build relationships with schools and local businesses. Fill in for other positions as needed and handle after-hours emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to market and sell the community
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work
