Inspect units for show quality, maintain resident files, and manage rent charges and lease data in software. Assist with front desk duties, answer inquiries, and resolve resident concerns collaboratively with Resident Relations. Participate in community events, marketing efforts, and social media engagement to support overall leasing objectives.
