Job Summary
Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at NOVEL Morrisville to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure move-in readiness, and support lease renewals. Implement marketing plans, drive traffic through online and off-line channels, track leasing activity in OneSite/Yardi, maintain show-unit/amenities presentation, and follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods; ability to perform physical tasks and operate in various weather conditions; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
