Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while inspecting units for move-in readiness. Execute marketing plans to drive traffic through referrals and digital channels, track availability in OneSite, and maintain show units to company standards. Follow up with residents to secure lease renewals and promptly resolve resident concerns. This multi-site role supports three communities in Chapel Hill, NC, requiring reliable transportation for travel between locations and availability for rotating weekends and on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and the ability to fulfill job duties between each location
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work rotating weekends
