Job Summary
Leasing Consultant to market properties, qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documents, and screen applicants. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, assessing needs, inspecting models and ready units, conducting outreach marketing, monitoring sub-market trends, processing lease applications and verifications, supporting Community Manager with reports, and ensuring appearance/standards of the community through daily inspections. Requires 1+ year sales and 1+ year customer experience; housing/property management leasing experience preferred; High School Diploma/GED required; proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); valid driver’s license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of sales experience required
- One or more years of customer experience required
- One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams both inside and outside the organization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels
- Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties
