Leasing Professional- Middletown Landing

Leasing Professional at Greystar responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, criminal background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, inspecting units, developing short- and long-term marketing plans, implementing referral and employer outreach programs, using OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities, ensuring show units meet standards, following up with prospects and residents to finalize leases/renewals, and supporting lease renewal activities. The role requires on-site work, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a strong focus on customer service and property marketing.
