Leasing Professional - Marlowe Sand Canyon

Leasing Professional coordinates the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, performing credit and criminal background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, and supporting lease renewals. Develops and implements marketing plans to drive traffic, uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata) to track availability and resident data, and maintains show units to satisfy company standards. Builds relationships with residents and employers for referrals and outreach, executes renewal communications, and responds to resident questions and requests. Requires 1-2 years of related experience, proficiency with Entrata and lease-up/multi-family operations, a valid driver's license, and weekend availability. This role is onsite in Santa Clarita, CA with a housing discount opportunity for onsite employees.
