Job Summary
Develop complete product knowledge of the apartment community and respond to phone and email leads by converting prospects into on-site personal tours. Maintain an effective closing ratio to lease apartments, process applications, and draft legal lease agreements using templates. Provide customer service by assisting residents with issues, communicate market trends to the office team, and create social media content highlighting lifestyle and amenities. Handle general administrative duties and other tasks to support overall property management efforts. This role requires weekend availability (Tuesday-Saturday schedule) and includes competitive wages plus bonus and commissions.
