Job Summary
Develop complete product knowledge of the Caroline Heights Apartments community and respond to phone and email leads to convert prospects into on-site tours. Maintain an effective closing ratio by processing applications, drafting legal lease agreements, and executing personal tours. Provide customer service by assisting residents with issues, communicating market trends to the team, and managing social media content to attract renters. Handle general administrative duties and support overall property management efforts. Weekend shifts are required. Previous leasing experience is preferred.
