Job Summary
Develop complete product knowledge of the apartment community and respond to email and phone leads by converting them into on-site personal tours. Maintain an effective closing ratio to lease apartments, process applications, and draft legal lease agreements using templates. Provide customer service to assist residents with issues, manage social media content highlighting lifestyle and amenities, and communicate market trends to the office team. Handle general administrative duties and support overall property management efforts. Weekend shifts (Tuesday-Saturday) are required. Previous sales or leasing experience is strongly preferred.
