Leasing Professional (Lease-Up) - US Fairgrounds

Leasing Professional responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications and background checks, preparing lease/move-in documents, ensuring move-in readiness, implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy, driving traffic through on-site marketing, using OneSite/Yardi to track leasing activities and resident data, ensuring show units meet quality standards, following up with prospects for lease decisions, and supporting lease renewals with timely letters and packages. The role requires engagement in referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites), and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Incumbents must have licenses/certifications as required by jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations on the property.
