Leasing Professional (Lease Up) - The Terrace

Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in materials, and ensure move-in readiness. Develop and execute marketing plans, leverage online tools and referrals, track leasing activities in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.), maintain show-unit quality, follow up with prospects and residents to drive lease signings and renewals, and support lease renewals with timely communications and documentation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, with on-call requirements for evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong customer service, sales, and coordination skills; familiarity with property management workflows and marketing activities. Benefits and compensation are noted with a base hourly range of $17-$20, plus potential bonuses depending on performance and location.
