Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks/background checks, prepare lease/move-in package, ensure move-in readiness, maintain show quality, implement marketing plans, drive traffic via referrals and online tools, use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data, and follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
Required Qualifications
- Licenses required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property

- Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
