Job Summary
Leasing Professional (Lease-Up) at Greystar leads community marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showings, processing applications with credit and background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, ensuring ready-to-occupy apartments, coordinating maintenance for move-in readiness, implementing marketing plans, leveraging internet tools and marketing channels, tracking activity in property-management software (OneSite, Yardi), supporting lease renewals, following up to secure renewals, and addressing resident inquiries with timely action. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; includes required state/local licensing/certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-property operations.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles (e.g., golf cart)
