Leasing Professional- Journeyman

This Leasing Professional role coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing leasing activities to new residents, processing applications, conducting tours, credit and background checks, preparing move-in packages, and ensuring a smooth lease signing. Responsibilities include inspecting apartments prior to move-in, maintaining move-in readiness, staying informed about market conditions, developing and executing marketing plans, driving traffic through on-site and online channels, using property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and activity, ensuring show-unit quality, following up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals, and supporting lease-renewal communications and processes. The role also requires responding to resident concerns, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting various marketing and customer-satisfaction initiatives.
