Job Summary
Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins. Inspect apartments for move-in readiness, manage show units and leasing office standards, and execute marketing activities including resident referrals and employer outreach. Track availability and leasing data using property management software, follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases and renewals, and respond promptly to resident concerns. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to assist other properties.
Required Qualifications
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
- Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
