Coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals; performing leasing activities including greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, conducting credit checks and background screenings, preparing move-in packages, and ensuring smooth lease signings. Responsibilities also include inspecting units, staying informed on market conditions and competitor activity, designing and executing marketing plans to drive traffic, using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data, ensuring show-unit quality, following up with prospects and residents to secure renewals, and supporting lease renewal processes. Requires licensing/certification as required by state/local jurisdictions and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation on property.
